Can't create new blog

  Can’t create new blog. Screen glitches during the attempt. During the selection of blog theme, you click one, but instead of Step One moving aside for Step Two, Step Two superimposes over Step One, making choosing a domain name almost impossible. Even if you manage to blindly click something. Steps One and Two remain and Step Three tries to appear. I saved a PDF of the screen shots but do not know how to post this here.

  Tried three different browsers to accomplish this- all three had glitch. Chrome, Firefox and Edge

  This problem should be fixed now, so please clear your browser cache and try creating a site again. Let me know if you still experience any problems.
