Can't create new posts!!! HELP!!!

  I can’t add new posts to my blog. I tried to create 1 post with an image today and it did not work. I then tried to post a test message (with just “test” as the content) and it didn’t work either.

  When I post, a message appears stating that this is the 28th post on my blog. But I had 28 posts before that, so no post has been added. The new posts don’t show up in the list view in the Dashboard and of course they are nowhere to be seen on the blog itself. They just ‘vanish’ as soon as I hit the “publish” button.

  HELP!!!!

  Did you figure this out, or are you still having this problem if you create a new post now? Are you composing your posts from here: http://wordpress.com/post/

  Thank you for the quick reply.

  You are right: Everything seems back to normal. We might just never know what happened exactly… Maybe the pinch of salt I threw over my left shoulder did the trick after all :-)

  FYI, I was typing my post from the Dashboard, on my usual desktop computer.

  Just weird. But ok now.

  By the way, I read some of your posts on your blog: I like them a lot. Keep writing! You definitely have a way with words.
