Can’t Create Posts

  Hey,

  I can’t create posts on my site, I have tried to do so on Chrome and Safari and the page simply goes to full blank.

  If you can let me know what’s going on and when it’ll be fixed that’d be great.

  Hi there,

  If the editor loads a blank page like you describe, it indicates the browser is not loading all the code the page needs to work. But that typically wouldn’t affect multiple browsers at once.

  Can you tell me the version numbers of Chrome and Safari, as well as the MacOS version number you’re on?

  Does clearing the browser cache in those browsers help at all? Also make sure that the browser settings allow JavaScript code, and disable any browser add-ons you have installed/see if private/incognito mode helps.

  Can you install Firefox and see if the same thing happens there? If it does, this could be a problem with your connection itself. Unplug your modem/router for a few seconds, and completely restart your computer. If that doesn’t help, also check (if possible) if using a completely different internet connection makes a difference.
