Can’t create site

I can’t create site which I name it simple like ‘Anne Niparat’. Please help! -

Could you give more information about what exactly is happening?
What have you tried? What did you expect? What is actually happening?
Do you mean that when you try to give the site that title, do you mean it doesn’t let you give it that title?
If you mean it doesn’t let you use the URL (domain) you want, please share the URL you’re trying to give the site. It may be that the URL is already being used.
Is something else happening which means you can’t create the site?Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, and updating your browser, might also help. Also try using a different browser.

Thanks for your reply. I’m trying to add WordPress Site>>Create
then give the name “Anne Niparat”
after choose design and continue to pick a plan.
When I choose any plan, on “https://wordpress.com/new/create-site” it show the message “Something went wrong…
Please go back and try again. If the problem continues, please contact our support team.

Could you confirm that you’ve trying clearing cache and cookies, and have then tried again after that? Perhaps try leaving it for a minute or two, or even restarting your device.

I’ve just tried clearing cache and cookie and restarting my device but it still doesn’t work. But thanks a lot anyway. I’ll try again sometime later. -
Do you have any other device you can test it on? If not, then yeah I’d suggest trying again later.

@anneniparatk, what browser do you use? Have you tried using a different one? Also, is your internet connection stable?

I’ve tried both chrome and safari from different devices and it still doesn’t work. My internet is working normal. It keeps saying “There was an issue registering your site. Please contact WordPress.com support to assist.” then I went registering my domain name elsewhere and tried to map/transfer to wordpress and it still nothing working out. -
This is because there is a suspended site on your account.
