cant create website

im a trying to create another site but it will not allow me to do so. after it suggests a theme it comes up with options of free business personal etc and it will not allow me to click through. buttons are not very visable

Are you using a desktop computer and running an up to date browser version?
Do you have a dodgy internet connection?

Same problem here…
I tried with edge, firefox and chrome, and it’s impossible to add a new site.
I’m using the lastest versions. Windows 10. -
I’m having the same problem. I’m using Google Chrome the latest version. (Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)) When I get to step 4 of 4, the buttons are grayed out and not clickable for all the subscription options.

I am also having the same issue. All buttons are greyed out when selecting plan.
Tried in Mac OSX 10.12.3 on:
Safari -10.0.3 (12602.4.8)
Firefox – 51.0.1 (64bit)
Chrome – 56.0.2924.87 (64bit) -

Also Firefox and edge (I dont know those versions xD) -
I am also having the same problem. Tried using both Firefox and Chrome, and clearing all my browsing data as well. Also using Windows 10 on a laptop.

Facing the same problem. I am using google chrome Version 56.0.2924.87. in Win7 (x64) Asus laptop. Cannot select any plan to continue. They all are disabled.

Had this problem too.
Clicked on ‘see plans on the front page (here: https://wordpress.com/#plans)
clicked ‘compare plans’ then ‘start with free’ and was able to finish setting up a site.Hope this helps.

Guys! I think I found a little solution for PC users.
In my Windows 10 Pro PC, I downloaded the wordpress app and tried it from there. It worked! Though there’s a new step. Whatever, if you can use it! -
Having the same issue here. I was able to view the pricing earlier today. I can’t view it on the app either.

I went back a couple of hours later and refreshed the page, and this time I was able to select the free plan. (Earlier I had tried refreshing multiple times, with no success). However, after that, I got stuck at “Awesome! Give us one minute and we’ll move right along.” It’s been way more than a minute, and even if I go back and click on “Create Site” again it just takes me to the same message.

I’m sorry this is happening to you bloggers. It appears to be a site wide issue but I don’t know that for sure. I recommend posting your operating system and browser information and then waiting patiently for Staff to fix the issue and reply back here.

Hi everyone,
Sorry about this. It appears we deployed an update yesterday that caused a bunch of stuff to break, including the New Site and Plans pages. This only affected the browser version, not the apps, as updates to the apps are released on a fixed schedule, not the moment they go live online.
Everything should be working now, but if it’s not, please clear your browser cache and cookies and try again. If it still won’t work, let me know what browser you are using and on exactly which page you have problems and we can investigate some more.
