cant customise my blog

  Hi there,
  I need to customise my blog 1st but it’s telling me I don’t have permissions to do it? No idea why, I set up the blog several years ago and am the main administrator of the site making all the posts etc.
  Also telling me that my theme for 2nd blog is no longer supported. If I change my theme will I loose content?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is the URL of the site you cannot customize?

  Themes are just “skins” on WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
  Note that switching themes https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#switch-themes can be easily done, provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the site, you to

  http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php

  *Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog. wp-admin/themes.php

  We have a preview function. No content is lost when switching themes on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. It does not matter if the site is private or public.
