Can't Customize Mobile Platform W/O Changing Desktop Platform

  I’m wanting to customize my mobile platform, but I can’t seem to change it without having it also change what’s set up on my desktop platform. Is there a way to change one platform independently from the rest? I am using the Twenty Fourteen theme.

  What specific changes are you trying to make? Are you doing CSS changes? Or more basic display/color changes?

  I’m just looking to change the basic stuff. For example, I don’t want my Twitter feed showing up on the mobile format because it makes it more difficult to navigate.

  I can see how that would be a useful feature, particularly on small screens. But WordPress.com does not have that functionality.
