can’t customize permalinks

    Hi, I can’t seem to find the ‘permalinks’ option under settings, as it says in this article: ‘https://wordpress.com/support/permalinks-and-slugs/’, even though I have the business plan

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi! If you have the Business Plan but you’re not finding all of those options, can you check on your Hosting Configuration settings? You’ll just want to activate that option here:
