Can't customize theme

  I haven’t added any plugins. The site is new. I cant customize certain parts of the theme. specifically the header image. It says that the image I selected is in place but its not showing up on the site preview.

  Hi there,

  Sometimes due to some browser issue, you can face such problems.

  Please clear the browser cache by following steps given in the link https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  Also try using different browser.

  Please make sure you click on Publish once you are done with making changes to site, and see if the changes are getting reflected.
