Can't customize themes

  Hello! When i try to customize a theme the sidebar stuck on “loading design tools”. I tried other themes, i tried whit different broswers, clear my broswer cache, logging out and logged back in, tried on another pc and other but the sidebar still won’t load! Please somebody help me!

  I tried with the last version of Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
