Can't customize/Change themes…

  The sidebar that is supposed to come up when I go to “customize them” just stalls out on “loading design tools”…I can’t change to a different theme or customize my current “simply minimal” theme. What should I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. This is usually an issue with the browser. Please make sure you are using one of the browsers listed at browsehappy.org, and if not upgrade.

  If you are already on one of those browsers, please clear your browser’s cache, and try logging out of and back into your WordPress.com account.

  I just upgraded to the latest version of google chrome (26), cleared my cache, logged out, restarted my computer and logged back in. The sidebar still won’t load.

  also tried in internet explorer, no luck

  Ok. I’ll flag this thread, so a staff member can take a look at your site to help figure out what’s going on.

  At Settings -> Reading in your blog’s Dashboard, you have chosen to assign a specific front page, but have not selected any, which is confusing the customizer.

  Please set your desired front and posts pages there, or choose “Your latest posts”. Once done, your customizer should work.
