CANT DELETE A CERTAIN BLOG

Not receiving email to confirm that i’m deleting http://learningandexpression.wordpress.com/ blog — please help me delete it. NOT my whole bog, just that site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

A blog is a site are you clear on that? To delete a WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email to the email address of the exact same username account that registered the blog and must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click.

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

@timethief is correct. If you delete your site/blog, you will lose all of its content. This process is irreversible.
If you’re still having a problem deleting your site and you wish to proceed, let me know, and I will delete it for you.
