can't delete a site

  I have a site at http://heatherrichie.wordpress.com/ and I can’t delete it. When I login, I get this message:

  You are logged in as “heatherrichie51” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “out & about”. If you are not “heatherrichie51”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “heatherrichie51” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.

  … But if anyone is the admin, it’s me?!

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog.
