  I want to delete this acct and start a new one. I want this account to be completely deleted

  The link above shows you how far you can get at “deleting” your account. You can basically render it inactive, inaccessible and free of your personal information. But fully deleting it is not an option. You’re freely able to start up a new account whenever, though!
