Cant delete Account!

    I want to cancel my entire account, this site is causing issue and want it deleted. The redirect from my new site (creaitapps.com) is bringing it to this site and I need it cancelled/deleted. I have cancelled all my purchases and the account is NOT letting me delete it! It says to contact customer service yet customer service is not available unless its a paid plan.
