can't delete avatar: nothing works

  • Unknown's avatar

Trying to delete the avatar, or blavatar, at nonduality.org, or nonduality.wordpress.com

I’ve cleared the cache and removed cookies a few times, restarted the browser, restarted the computer, deleted the photo from my gallery, deleted all photos from gravatar.com.

One of the support pages says, “If you would like to remove a blog’s Blavatar, visit Settings → General in your blog’s dashboard.” But where the heck are those menu items? The only Settings link is for the purpose of filling-out an authentication form.

    Thanks for any assistance.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is the Dashboard Settings page, at http://nonduality.org/wp-admin.

Thank you for your response. I am familiar with that page. Yet I don’t see a menu item called “Settings,” nor one called “General.” Are they hidden beneath other menu items? Perhaps some clue as to what quadrant of the page I might look?

Sorry for bothering you about an extremely simple thing, but I’ve been active on WordPress for six years without any problems and recently upgraded my account and I’m trying to tighten up my site. Thanks again.

Nevermind, got it. I use a small screen and I had to scroll down to locate the Settings. My fault. Thank you for your time and assistance.
