I cant delete my blog

Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog you can delete it by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Have you checked your email client spam/junk mail folder to see if the confirmation email is in there.
Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

Hi,
Can you try deleting the blog once more in Tools -> Delete Blog? (I’m not seeing anything in our logs that you’ve submitted a request to delete your blog.)

Once you go through that, please check the email addresses listed in Settings -> General and Users -> Personal Settings for the confirmation URL.
If you don’t receive anything after following those steps, please reply to this forum thread confirming that you’d like me to permanently delete all content on your blog, keeping in mind that the blog address will no longer be available.

Yes i did try that but i did not receive an email for a link to confirm my action. Also if possible could you delete my account.

Although username accounts are not deleted at WordPress.com http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/ please note the following:1. You can go to My Account->Edit Profile and remove all data except the account name and an email address. Create a throwaway email address and change the account email to that throwaway address. This only leaves the username behind.
2. To unsubscribe from email sent to you from WordPress.com, go here and click on “Block all subscription emails from WordPress.com”:

It would be so much easier and save server bandwidth if there was a way to delete user accounts.
