Can't delete blog

I’ve tried deleting this about a dozen times, with three different email addresses. I just never get the delete confirmation.
Could you please delete my blog at PorphyryPress.wordpress.com.
I know it says you can’t, but if at all possible, could you also delete the associated account?
If not, just the blog will do.

In order to delete that blog, we would need to either cancel the domain ahealthygourmetlifestyle.com or move it to a different WordPress.com blog.
If we cancel the domain, we cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to re-register it.
How would you like us to proceed?

I’m having the same problem, as well.
I need to delete my blog, but I can’t sign in to delete it because the original email address I signed up with is no longer extant, so I can’t receive a password-reset email.

Please: Can someone delete this? A couple of potential readers have gotten confused, and getting rid of it will help. Thank you!

We cannot do this for you. In order to help you get access to your blog Staff need one of the following things in order to correctly identify you as the blog owner:
1. an email from the email address associated with the account or revealing what that associated email address was
2. the wordpress.com API key for your account. This was included in your welcome email with a note to keep it safe. Please do not post the API key here.
3. if you have purchased any upgrades for the blog a transaction number
You will need Staff help and I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. Please be patient while waiting.

I do remember the original email address. But I have no proof of its existence.

I need to speak to someone who can delete this blog. timethief’s response, while I appreciate it, was, word for word, I believe, identical to the response I received about two weeks ago.
Just as she (judging by her picture) said, “You will need Staff help and I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. Please be patient while waiting,” the other response said this also…two weeks ago. I don’t think I can wait anymore. I need to speak to someone to get rid of this blog. This is, like, my fourth entry on this issue. Thank you….

I’m not sure what “for now it will need to remain online” means. Is something going to happen “later” that will delete the blog for me? If I can’t find the information now, I don’t see why I will be able to find it in the indeterminate future!
Your, sir, are seriously pissing me off. I want this freakin’ thing deleted, period. Don’t make me make a phone call. I’ve got enough problems; I don’t need more.

No, we will not delete the blog without proof of ownership.
For proof of ownership, we will need one of the following:
1. An email from the address which owns the account.
2. The account’s API key.
3. The transaction ID from a receipt if the account purchased an upgrade.
If you cannot provide either of the three, proof of ownership cannot be established, and we will not delete the blog.

To clarify, no one at WordPress.com will delete or hand over the controls of any blog to any user claiming to be owner without verified proof of ownership.
