can’t delete blog entry

  I accidently posted an entry twice and now I can’t delete one of them. I pressed the “delete” button next to the entry and, although it did delete the item on the page, it’s still there on my blog. Any ideas?

  Clear your browser cache and refresh the page. Maybe it’s your computer that’s storing it, not WordPress.

  Agreed. A quick look at your ISP shows that you’re probably behind some sort of proxy server as well.

  I have the exact same problem..grr!
  I accidentally put a link in twice in the blog roll area, and successfully deleted the two entries from the “manage blog roll” area.
  But both entries are STILL on the front page of my blog!!!
  I did clear my cache and know that _I_ am not behind a proxy server.
  Could you look, please ?

  All data is cached and periodically updated. Perhaps the data in your sidebar simply hadn’t been updated.
