Can't delete blog – no confirmation email is coming through

  I’m trying to delete this blog http://managementthinkingdotorg.wordpress.com/

  This is from a few years back when we were trialling options. We ended up getting a site built so no longer need this one. I’m an administrator, but when I go through the process to delete the site, the confirmation email never comes through. I’ve tried this on several different days. There is another staff member who is an admin, perhaps the email is going to him, but he no longer works at the company and that email address is invalid.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I can help you delete that blog. Before I do, I want to make sure you know that deleting a blog is permanent and can’t be undone. After the blog is deleted, no one (including you) will be able to use that blog’s address again in the future.

  If you’re sure you want to delete the site permanently, please confirm that and I’ll take care of that for you. Alternately, you can set the site to be private instead, so it isn’t visible to visitors and search engines: Privacy Settings

  That’s fine, yes I can confirm that we will not ever need this blog again. If you could delete it, that would be great.
