Can’t delete MailChimp Popup

There must have been a time when you were supporting mailchip pop up’s on Premium plans as I have one on my site which I can’t get rid of. I’ve looked in the widgets and footer for the code but can’t find it. I must been able to to put into the header but I can’t access it now. I’ve also tried disconnecting my mailchimp account and that did nothing. As I need it for another WP.com website I’ve reconnected it. Please advise. Thanks

Is this for the site blog.katinimages.com? If so I loaded your site and I didn’t get the Mailchimp pop-up – are you still having this issue? If so, please give us a link to a post or page where you’re still seeing that and we’ll take a closer look.

You must have only looked at the homepage. But it does happen on all other pages. suggest you go to Contact – Katin Images Travel Photography. I have to go incognito or use a different browser that hasn’t seen the site for a while to make it happen.

It looks like it’s in your footer widgets! It may have some widget visibility settings on it which prevent it from being visible on your front page.
As it is, I suspect you may find it easiest to head to the WP Admin view of your widgets management, which is under Appearance > Widgets.
When you then open the List view, you can view all your theme’s widget areas, and also view all your widgets added to each widget area. In my own opinion it does make things easier to use the List view. From the List view side panel, you can also click on a widget to select it, which then lets you check what it is. Once you know which widget(s) you’re looking at, you can of course remove them.

Found it! I looked in there so many times! But didn’t know there was a list view.! Thanks for your help.
