Cant delete media files and spamcomments

    I cant delete spam media files and spam comments from my site. Deleting not work. Please fix that urgently!

    Hi there,

    Your account only has an Author role on that site.

    To delete comments and media files you need to have either the Editor or the Admin role.

    Only the existing admin on the site can change your user role, so please contact them directly for more help with this.
