Can't delete menu header tab

  In my blog I have a tab on the menu header that I don’t want there. I followed the tutorial, but that information does not apply. I did not select it to be part of the menu header tabs, so how do I delete it? Thank you, bakkersacres.wordpress.com

  You create a custom menu. Then you have control over exactly what displays and what does not display, because only the items you choose to add into that custom menu will display in it.
