Can't delete my account because of premium theme

  I’m trying to delete my site but it keeps saying I need to manage my purchases first. I’ve removed all my premium subscriptions except for the theme which I’m unable to remove. I’m aware that the theme is a permanent premium purchase rather than a subscription, but I’d still prefer to cancel my account entirely.

  Can anyone assist with this?

  Premium themes have to be removed by Staff or transferred to another WordPress.COM hosted site of yours before the site they are on currently can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades

  I am adding the “Modlook” tag in the side bar to get some staff attention & help you.

  Mean while please share the site name & premium theme name which you want to remove?

  Hi crasscass,

  I’ve removed the premium theme from cassidyspencerdotcom.wordpress.com, so you should be able to delete the site now.

  Just so you are aware, deleting a site is permanent. If there’s a chance you may want to use that address again in the future, the site can be marked private instead.

  Let me know if you run into any problems.
