Can't delete my account because of premium theme

    I can’t delete my WP page, because there is still a premium theme active.

    What do I do?

    You can cancel your theme first on this page. Click on theme there, and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel the premium theme.

    If you are canceling within 30 days of theme purchase, you will get a full refund. Otherwise, you will not receive a refund.

    When you are done canceling this premium theme from your site, you can proceed with the site deletion process.

    Note 1: If you cancel the theme, you cannot restore it again. If you don’t want to cancel it, but want to move this to another WordPress.com site that you own, please let me know and I can flag the WordPress.com staff to do so.

    Note 2: When you delete a WordPress.com site, you cannot restore it. It’s mentioned on this page.

    Hi there,

    I’ve removed the Twotone theme from your account, so you’ll now be able to delete your site.

    @strikebuys, once a premium theme passes the refund period it cannot be cancelled from the Purchases page any more, and staff need to manually disable the theme. Please tag these requests for staff in future.
