Cant delete my old site

I deleted a site a while ago but it is still out there.
it is kitteartist.wordpress.com
I am logged in as my username but when I try to go to the admin (kitteartist.wordpress.com/admin) page it tells me I have ask for permission. This is a site that I created and then moved over to godaddy. Just trying to scrub all of the old stuff.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To delete a WordPress.COM hosted blog you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site. The guide is here http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
