Can't delete my site

  I want my site deleted now! All your support instructions do not even match the lines in my dashboard to delete it. So you click on tools and delete it there, since I don’t have the option. You send me an email about my password being given out & I need to change it, you suck ass so delete my shit from here if you can’t keep a password safe I don’t want to be here. Delete my shit from here.
