Can't delete my site

I’m trying to delete my site (liublackbirdshoops.wordpress.com) because I’m no longer posting content on there. Every time I try clicking on the Delete Site button, I get a message saying, “You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.” I’ve tried to cancel my upgrades but there is no way to do it. Can someone please help me? All I want is just delete the site already.

Take a look here, make sure to go to your profile > Manage Purchases and then cancel your upgrade. Next, a remove purchase link should appear, click this to remove it from your account. After all of that, you should be able to delete your blog.
Check out how to delete your site and be sure to follow all the steps! The process is made to be rather involved so you do not accidentally delete a site. Just remain patient and follow the documents above and you should be good!
