Can’t delete my site

    Each time I go to delete my site it only gives me the option to Manage Purchases, I’ve deleted all my purchases and I still only have that option to Manage Purchases and it doesn’t give me the option to delete the site.

    Thank you for writing down your query here.

    Can you please let me know if you had purchased a Premium plan and canceled it outside its refund period of 30 days?

    Canceled products, outside of their refund period, will remain in effect until their expiration date. Once a canceled product expires, it will be removed from your site and then you will be able to delete your site.

    I have tagged staff to this thread and someone from the staff should surely be able to help you out on this.

    Good morning –

    There was an old premium theme that was purchased for penelope94.wordpress.com. This is the upgrade that prevented you from being able to delete the site. I’ve removed the theme and you can proceed.

    Please remember that this is permanent. You won’t be able to use the address again in the future and we can’t restore the site once you delete it. If you have any questions about that write back to me here.
