Can’t delete my site, button remains grayed even after password

    I tried to delete my site. On two different browsers, I got to the final step, putting in my password, and the ‘delete site’ button never became operative, stayed grayed out. I know the password was correct because, on both browsers, I signed out of my site, then signed back in.

    Hi there,

    In order to close your account and site, we need to downgrade your site.

    We must confirm that you understand:

    1. Any content (pages, posts, media, comments, etc) added after adding outside themes and plugins will be lost.

    2. Any custom content created by plugins and themes will not be carried over.

    3. Plugins and third-party themes can no longer be used.

    4. The site will revert to using the old theme.

    Please make backups, and ensure you have your content ready to re-upload if needed. We can proceed once you’ve confirmed.
