Can't delete my site due to one time premium upgrade.

  Hey, I’ve been trying to delete my site and everything that get deleted with it but whenever I do it states ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’. When I go to manage purchases the only thing that is there is a one time premium theme purchase that won’t let me cancel or delete. Any help will be truly appreciated thank you

  Catch 22. Premium themes are purchased forever so you can’t delete them without staff assistance. I’ve added modlook for staff to help although your heading makes it obvious what the issue is.

  Hi there,

  I’ve removed the Premium Theme — you should be able to delete your site now.

  Let me know if you have any problems.
