can't delete my website

    I created a wordpress site couple of years ago. I haven’t been active since and later I’ve deleted the wordpress account and created a new one (the latter is not the issue in this case). The old website (www.rafiga.com) is still showing up when I’m entering the address but there is no way for me to log back in and delete the content. So, I can neither access wordpress nor can I do anything about the website that’s still showing up.
