can’t delete payment

    Hi I own the above account, and there is a domain connection that was set up by my developer some years ago. he no longer works for us, I have no way of contacting him and we no longer use or wish to use this service. The payment for the domain was just deducted however, from my bank account. I need to delete this and would like a refund but have no way of doing this, can you please help?

    Hello,

    I see you’re already getting help directly by email so I’m closing this thread. Please reply directly to the email in question with a transaction ID so we give you access to the account, and cancel the subscription.
