Can't delete plugin!

  It won’t let me deactivate or delete this plugin -Contact Us page – Contact people LITE. Every time I try to delete it, it comes back. Help please!

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any site hosted by wordpress.COM like http://ambervernon01.wordpress.com/

  What is the URL of the site you refer to?
