Can’t delete private page

    http://www.higherandhigherband.com. Using Suffusion Theme and WP 2.9.2. I created calendar page (http://www.higherandhigherband.com/calendar) and then deleted it (sent it to the trash) and now it does not show up in the Page Editor, but I still see it in pagemash plugin and HeadSpace2 plugin and oddly enough, I see a count of (1) Private page at the top of the Edit Pages page. When I click on that link, I get the message “No pages found”. Now I can’t add any new pages. I reinstalled WP 2.9.2 and disabled most of my plugins and no good results. I can get to the page from my browser by typing in the correct URL. The calendar page is NOT child page. It is on the top Parent level. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have worked and searched for a few days and no where can I find anyone else reporting this. Please help!!
