cant delete purchases

  im trying to delete my site but it says that I have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site. When I go to cancel my upgrades there’s no way for me to do so…

  Just to be clear, you’ve followed all of the steps to delete your site? https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ (Hopefully you’ve backed up any information that you want to keep)

  Do you want to cancel your account as well? Or just delete the site? When I visit your site mariacirineo.wordpress.com, it says it’s been deleted.
