Can't delete site

I am trying to delete my site but it says I have active premium upgrades and I need to cancel the upgrades in ‘Manage Purchases’. There doesn’t seem to be any way to remove the upgrade from ‘Manage Purchases’. Can someone help with this?

I looked under users and the only one there is the one I’m logged in with. When I go to manage purchases there is no way to remove the premium upgrade. I read the information at the link above but it only tells me to do what I’m already doing. Any other thoughts?

Did you purchase a premium theme at some point? There’s a bug preventing premium theme deletion and Staff have to remove them for us.

Hi there!
Yes, it is the theme upgrade that is preventing you from deleting your site. I can remove that for you for sure, but I want to make sure you do not want to take the option of privatizing your site – that will preserve your upgrade and your site if you ever want to access it again while at the same time removing the ability for viewers and search engines to access it.
