Can't delete site due to never expiring premium upgrade

Hi there
I’m trying to delete my site but I can’t due to having a premium upgrade.
There doesn’t seem to be a way to get rid of it as it’s one that never expires.
What do I need to do?

Hi @mikaelbuck,
You would need staff assistance to delete your site with premium upgrades. I have added “modlook” tag to the sidebar to get staff assistance. Also please note you would be loosing the site permanently after deleting the site, you have the options to empty your site or make it private. You can learn more about it in the support document here:

@mikaelbuck it looks like you’ve got a premium theme.
If we remove the theme for you, you won’t be able to get it back. If you’ll confirm you understand, we’ll go ahead and remove the theme for you, then you can delete the site.
Do note too, though, that if you delete the site, its name will not become available again, so do not use that option to “start over”.
Another option is to simply make site private — no one except you could access it, and only when you are logged in.
