Can’t delete staging site

  The staging site permissions in my account has somehow changed and now I can’t delete the staging site https://staging-55d3-salesaef6cb905f.wpcomstaging.com/

  I have tried everything I can and will not delete because it says “Your client is not permitted to access this resource.” I canceled my business subscription because it was too expensive to renew so I connected another wordpress hosted site to this account so I can’t delete this wordpress.com account. I just need to delete the staging site https://staging-55d3-salesaef6cb905f.wpcomstaging.com/

  Let me know what you can do because wordpress.com chat won’t let me speak to a real human and says to post to this community forum to help.
