For what it’s worth, I have not yet been able to duplicate this on a test site, but I do see the error on yours. It may take more time to sort this out. For now can you leave the template there, or update us here if you manage to delete it?
Also, if you add another new template, can you delete that one?
If you can add any other context that will help us duplicate this, please do.

Hi.
Thanks for your reply.
I added another template, and I can’t delete it either.
Would it help if I gave you access to the site?
Thanks,
Asaf

Hello Asaf, I was able to find a similar report from someone using the WordPress software in Greek. I think this may be a bug relating to non-Latin characters, and it is someting that the WordPress developers will need to look into; I’ve noted your issue in the report I found too.
In the meantime, it seems that you can possibly delete these two templates by changing the categories in question to use English characters; it should then be possible for the templates to be deleted. You can of course rename the categories back to Hebrew afterwards. This section of the categories guide indicates how to edit a category:

Thank you.
I’ve changed the name, but now the template shows as “Not Found” and still can’t be deleted.

Thanks for that additional information! I’ve passed it along to the WordPress development team.
