Cant delete the home tap after deleting page

Hello, need help, I deleted a page in my dashboard titled Home but it still shows up on my blog as a Home Page, i get an error 404 message
How do I get rid of it please.Also. want to make a website, what is better wordpress.com or org?

You have the front page of your blog (in Settings > Reading) set to display your latest posts, but your site doesn’t have any posts yet.
Everything is OK with your site; you just need to either make your first post, or use the same settings page above to set the front page of your site to one of your static pages.

See the other thread you started on this subject where I give you a link to the custom menu support page. With a custom menu, you can choose not to have a home page tab.
