Can’t delete upgrades to delete site

I need help removing upgrade that does not have option to remove so that I may delete my site. Thx. at. https://myinspiredphotojournal.wordpress.com

I’ve removed the Premium theme from myinspiredphotojournal.wordpress.com so you should now be able to delete the site:
Please be aware this process cannot be reversed and it won’t be possible to reuse myinspiredphotojournal.wordpress.com again in the future.

Thank you. The upgrades are gone but I’m still getting the “premium upgrades” manage/dismiss pop up when I click delete site.

There is a second registered domain under my account, and not sure if this is the holdup, but I can’t seem to delete that either. thehouseofaquamarine.com

Can you confirm which site you are trying to delete? I noticed thehouseofaquamarine.com is owned by another account, and its upgrades are owned by that user too. You would need to log in as that user to remove those upgrades.

Both are mine. I had two accounts. I’m trying to delete myinspiredphotojurnal.com. If thehouseofaquamarine.com doesn’t interfere with deleting it, then that’s fine. I only brought it up because I thought perhaps that was the issue.

The custom domain will need to be removed from myinspiredphotojournal.wordpress.com before the site can be deleted. Are you able to login to the account you used to purchase the domain? If so, please reply from that account and we can look at your options for cancelling or keeping the domain.

None of the sign-in combinations I’ve tried remembering work. I have not used thehouseofaquamarine.com in a while and all this time I though it was all under my current account, myinspiredphotojournal.wordpress.com. I don’t have the sign-in info for the old account. Just makes no sense to me how I am having such a difficult time deleting my own account due to a second inactive account that is also mine. Would appreciate further assistance, please.

Since you have purchased a domain name (thehouseofaquamarine.com) under that other account providing us with the transaction ID for that purchase will prove that you’re indeed that account’s owner and we’ll help you recover access to it and subsequently delete it.
Here’s how to retrieve the transaction ID:

If you find the transaction ID or any other information related to that purchase, please don’t post it to this public forum, just let me know and I’ll contact you privately.

I never heard back privately concerning transaction ID after searching for it for hours through bank statements; however, all accounts and domains now deleted. No need to contact me.
