Can't Delete/Remove Myself from Multiple WordPress Sites

    I’ve started using WordPress again after many years and I’m going through my many old WordPress sites and deleting them. I was apart of some other users’ WordPress sites and I now wish to disconnect myself from them, but can’t find out how to do so. I don’t have the ‘People’ option displayed in the left sidebar menu and I’m not sure where else to go to remove myself from the websites. I’m trying to remove the websites from my list of WordPress sites and I can’t figure out how to remove myself from some of them since it doesn’t give me the option to do so.
