Can't disable autorenew?

  Hi all, I cant disable autorenew for the custom layout upgrade that I purchased a year ago, because I have since deleted the blog and it “no longer exists”. will the purchase still renew?

  From looking at similar topics in the past, I believe that Staff would have to step in to disable autorenew for you. I’ve tagged this topic for follow-up.

  I cancelled the Custom Design upgrade that was on your deleted blog, so it won’t be renewed. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help!

  Hi Rachel,

  Do you think that this might be a bug? It’s weird that upgrades are allowed to renew on deleted blogs (that aren’t even recoverable).

  This isn’t a bug, but our team is working to improve what happens when a blog with upgrades is deleted. :)
