Can't disable Reply…Leave A Comment on Pages

  I’m using the Suburbia free theme. I’ve tried everything it said to do in the Support section for disabling replies and comments. It still remains at the bottom of each page. Is this because it’s a free theme?

  Well, you haven’t really tried “everything it said to do in the Support section”. But many users get confused by those instructions. Try mine, esp. under “Even faster”:
