Can’t disable top level pages

I’m trying to make it so that a page comes up under another page and according to the help I have to disable top level under page attributes but I don’t have an option to like it shows in the example.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @southviiibe ,
Have you already switched to the new editor (also known as Gutenberg)? If so, then the settings you will have to change will look a little different to the support page you must have seen. They are written for the old editor.
So, if you are using the new editor…
- Select “Edit” and open the page you want to edit.
- Click “Page Attributes” in the right menu.
- Under “Parent Page”, select the page you want to nest the current page under. (If you want to make that the parent page, then select “(no parent)”)
