cant display banner at post

I copy the banner link from amazon and paste in text widget, but the banner cant display in post. i only can see the link appear. Anyone one help? thanks

We are not allowed to post any advertising banners on wordpress.COM hosted blogs. Doing so will get your blog suspended.

1. WordPress.com allows bloggers to insert text affiliate links within post and page content to most third-party affiliate programs, provided they are not the primary content of the site in question.
2. Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners and/or affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs.

No blogger initiated advertising for driving traffic to third party sites is allowed here on wordpress.COM hosted blogs. PPC is not allowed. Affiliate marketing banners and any and all advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com are not allowed.
The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.
