cant display site traffic info

    Everytime I go to my control panel and go to the section that displays site traffic stats (Overview, country, etc), the site takes forever to load. Eventually, the site temporarily crashes and nothing works. Can you please look into this? Thanks

    Hi there,

    Please could you try:

    • Logging out of WordPress and logging back in
    • Using a different browser (if there’s one available)
    • Clearing cache and cookies
    • Disabling browser extensions
    • Updating your browser(s)
    • Using a different device (if there’s one available)

    Ask if you’re not sure how to do any of those steps.

    If that doesn’t solve it, please tell us the URL of the site you’re trying to see stats for?

    Just so you know, this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you use WordPress.org, you’ll actually need to go to https://wordpress.org/support/forums for support.
