  Thank you for responding but my problem is a password problem and I need someone who works at WordPress to help, not a community board expert. And it seems like the only way I can anyone attention is to waste folks time here. I need a direct contact number for them to help me.

  While I appreciate the forum response my problem is an email one. The email associated with my profile is one I don’t use, so I’m sure the staff has tried reaching me at that email, but again it’s one I don’t use or know how it got there. I can’t update it and need to know how.

  Can you please tell us what site you need help with? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  The best way to get help in this forum is to provide volunteers with the information they ask for, as there’s no point in them tagging a thread for staff without that.
