Can't do anything on my blog – I get a 400 bad request message

Whenever I try to reply to comments, post a post, go to my stats page, sometimes even go to the website – I get this screen appear with the following message.
400 Bad Request
It is not a valid request! Powered By LiteSpeed Web Server
Lite Speed Technologies is not responsible for administration and contents of this web site!Can anyone help me please…
